The Cozy Cowboy - 1 block from UW

Clean, clear communication, great location to campus. Nice to have parking off the street too. The only minor thing that I would note is that the walls are thin and if other guests are staying upstairs you will basically hear everything. Lol not something I took into account having not stayed in any type of apartment for years. It stayed nice and cool though, which is a huge bonus in Laramie's hot summers where most places do not have A/C. I would recommend and likely stay again if ever I'm back in town.

This is a nice little basement apartment with steep stairs. It has everything you need though you can hear a lot of what goes on upstairs. Parking is tight and trimming the hedge could help. There is a nice little grassy area out back that was great for the dog. Check in and out was simple and easy.

They were very fast and responsive to any and all questions and concerns.

I stayed here for a clinical rotation for medical school. It was easy to find, clean, and had everything I needed for my extended stay. I was able to bring my cats with me as well. Though we had some issues with the heat and wifi at the beginning of my stay, the host was very responsive and was able to compensate well for the issues.

Had a very good stay. Will rent again!
